Wolfgang and Irene Voelker are extreme sports fishing enthusiasts and in 1988 they made their dream come true. They had immigrated from Germany to British Columbia, Canada and built their own lodge. |
Close to 50 years old at the time they were looking for an opportunity to semi-retire. They operate the lodge as fishing lodge only for a very short season each year - from June until September - and cater mainly to European clients. Now in their mid-sixties they have finally decided to retire and to sell their beloved home of the last 18 years. |

| This business has enormous potential in domestic and international markets, in case a potential buyer is planning on operating the lodge full-time. On the other hand, it is also appealing to a private buyer who is looking for a beautiful place for him-/ herself and friends or business partners. Such a buyer could run the business like Wolfgang and Irene do - creating just enough revenue to break even. The opportunities are virtually unlimited. |
