" Many people prefer a waterfront location. Luckily, we have chosen the site for our lodge on a hill and not directly on the Skeena River - however, it is still very close to the Skeena. This river is so powerful and the floods in the spring are so massive that many owners of properties on the water loose big chunks of their real estate almost every year. The damage is just incredible.

| The owner’s residence offers 800 sq ft of living space, as well as a small living room of 144 sq ft in the loft area. The main floor contains of a kitchen, two bedrooms, and shower/toilet. The residence offers a large fireplace and electric heat. |
